How we collect, use and look after your personal information.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Fraction Partners is operated by Matthew Lance Rowles (ABN 53 695 728 395), an Australian sole trader. In this policy, "Fraction", "we" and "us" mean Fraction Partners. You can reach us at hello@fraction.partners.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We only collect what you choose to give us, mainly through the forms on this site or by email:
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also log technical details such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
We do not sell your personal information.
We only share your details with a partner, operator or client when we have told you, or you have asked us to make an introduction. We also use a small number of service providers to run the site and our business, including our website host and form handler (Netlify) and our email provider. Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that have their own security and privacy commitments, but we cannot control how they operate.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the reasons above, and for any period the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure, so please do not send us anything highly sensitive.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@fraction.partners and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will try to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
